Dan was able to get all 3 of my tickets dismissed on a technicality. I did not have to go to court at all, I paid no fines, the tickets did not go on my record, and my Insurance Company won’t know about the tickets. Dan's cost for his services was about half the total amount of the 3 tickets, a real bargain.
I really appreciated Dan's knowledge and understanding of traffic court laws and the rules that the courts must follow. I was organizing some files on my desk and I came across some paperwork for a contested hearing that I totally had forgotten about and of course it was set for the very next day. Needless to say, I instantly had to address this problem and pursue legal advice & representation. I was in dire need for legal advice and naturally, I needed imminent feedback from a well-established attorney. After running some due diligence on the web, I narrowed it down to about four attorneys and Mr. Dan J. Samas called me back immediately and he truly stood out from the rest of pack. I felt comfortable hiring him for a few different reasons: 1) his specialty and length of experience in traffic law, 2) the sign up process online was quick and easy 3) more importantly, I did not need to go to court at anytime.
Dan assured me that it would be no problem for him to go to court the very next day to request a new hearing date to prepare for my case. He called back immediately after my hearing was rescheduled and he put me at peace that he took care of everything for me.
